Scammers. They tell you if you cancel your booking before this date it will be free, you cancel and they don't send any refund, I asked the bank and the bank said they see no refund. This happened already 3 times in this app. I can't believe a big app like this actually scams people. Shameful.
Terrible Customer Service. I mistakenly made a one night stay at two hotels and immediately corrected the error. Booking instead rescheduled the wrong one (for a fee). Attempting to contact Booking, I was unable and could only contact the property via message. All communications were messed up.
lost lots of money on a terrible accommodation and ruined my trip. booking does not vet their locations and lots of reviews are not real. last time I have used the app. they reimbursed 15 percent of total cost. disappointed
the worst booking app in market they cannot guarantee your stay I had a very bad booking experience with this app .... after receiving confirmation for my stay they cancelled my booking citing the problem as my credit card horrible experience
